Hi everyone!
I’m Amanda—one of the admins at Fit + Function.  I’m also a care partner to someone living with FND. I just want to start by saying: I’m really glad you found this space.

Being a care partner can be incredibly meaningful, but also confusing, overwhelming, and at times really lonely. That’s why we created this website and community—to give those with FND and their care partners a place to connect, share, ask questions, and support one another without judgment.

Whether you’re a partner, parent, sibling, friend, or any other kind of support person, you’re welcome here. This is a place to be real, to learn from each other, and to remind ourselves that we’re not doing this alone.

Feel free to introduce yourself when you’re ready. I’m looking forward to getting to know you all.
