Refunds and Returns Policy

At Fit + Function, we want you to feel confident in every purchase. Our goal is to provide resources that support your journey with FND, and we understand that sometimes adjustments are needed.

Digital products

Because digital downloads (such as the My FND Toolkit – Digital Edition) are immediately accessible upon purchase, they are non-refundable. Please review product details carefully before ordering.

Physical products

For physical items (such as the My FND Toolkit – Binder Edition), our refund and return policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with all packaging.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

  • Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

Bundled products

If you purchased a bundle (digital + physical), only the physical portion may be returned or refunded, provided it meets the conditions above. The digital portion remains non-refundable.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Partial refunds may be granted for items returned in less-than-original condition or missing parts not due to our error.

  • Sale items may not be refunded.

Exchanges

We will replace items if they arrive defective or damaged. To request an exchange, please contact us at {email} before returning the item.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift at purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will go to the original purchaser.
